WARM UPS AND COOL DOWN

Warm up 1 

Warm up 1 is targeted at ages 5+ It is important all participants warm up before any class they take. Miss Emma will take you through a whole body warm up to ensure you are ready to take your class at home.

Warm up 1 is targeted at ages 5+. This is a great warm up for any Jazz, Acro or Sport Aerobics class. It is important that all participants do a warm up before any class they take. In this video, Miss Emma will take you through a whole body warm up to ensure you are ready to take your class at home. 

Sport Aerobics Warm Up

Our Sport Aerobics warm up is aimed at ages 5+. It is important that all participants do a warm up before any class they take. In this video, Student teachers Miss Akacia and Miss Alannah and Instructed by Miss Emma Kelly, will take you through a whole body warm up to ensure you are ready to take your class at home.

Lyrical/Contemporary Warm up

This Lyrical/Copntemporary warm up is targeted at ages 5+. This is a great warm up for any Lyrical/contemporary class. It is important that all participants do a warm up before any class they take. Stretch Tutorial

This Stretch tutorial is targeted at ages 5+. This is a great cool down after any class you take. It is important that all participants do a warm up before any class. In this video, Miss Mel will take you through a whole body Stretch.

Warm up 2

Hip Hop Warm up

Hip Hop Warm up is targeted at ages 5+. It is important that all participants do a warm up before any class they take. In this video, Miss Olivia will take you through a whole body warm up to ensure you are ready to take your class at home. 

Tap Warm up

This Tap Warm up is targeted at ages 5+. It is important that all participants do a warm up before any class they take. In this video, Miss Sherridan and Miss Emma will take you through a lower body warm up to ensure you are ready to take your class at home. 

Cool Down 

This Cool down is targeted at ages 5+. This is great for all students to do at the end of any class. It is important that all participants cool their bodies down after any class they take.
